"Customer service was genuinely helpful"
I had a question about my order, I wasn’t totally sure I’d picked the right food for my dog. I reached out expecting a basic copy-and-paste reply, but they got back to me quickly and actually answered what I was asking.
They were friendly, they helped sort out the issue without making it feel like a hassle. Overall I’m really happy with the support and it made me feel better about ordering again.

"Ordering was more frustrating than I expected"
I wanted to give pawtree a try, but I don’t know why the ordering process felt harder than it needed to be. The website was a little confusing, and it took me longer than expected just to check out. After I placed the order, I didn’t get clear updates right away either, so I was sitting there wondering if it actually went through. The products might be totally fine, but the overall buying experience wasn’t great for me.

"Finally found something he’ll eat"
My picky dog used to make me feel trapped in this endless cycle of trying different foods and watching him walk away from the bowl. But now he actually licks it clean every time. Guess the taste is a big winner for him.

"The portion guide really helped"
The portion guide made feeding way less stressful for me, because I wasn’t second-guessing every scoop or wondering if I was giving too much or too little. It just made the whole routine feel easier, which I really appreciated. I do wish the charts were a bit clearer though, because I had to look them over a couple times to make sure I was reading them right...

I’ve been using pawtree autoship for my dog’s food, and it’s been really simple so far. I really like that I can change the date or swap what’s in the order without having to call anyone. Last month I still had some food left, so I pushed the next shipment back a week and it worked totally fine. No weird issues, no surprise charges, just really convenient. It makes keeping up with my dog’s stuff a lot less stressful.

I’ve noticed my dog’s coat looking better lately, which is great. It did take a while before I really saw any difference, though... so don’t expect it overnight.

"Arrived a bit later than I thought"
The order came later than I expected, though maybe I was just assuming it would get here quicker than it actually said. Either way, it did show up and everything was fine when it arrived.

I’ve noticed less gas lately, and my poop finally looks normal again. It’s not like some miracle overnight thing, but it does seem to be helping.

"My dog has been doing really well…"
My dog has been doing really well on this food. He actually eats it without acting picky, and his coat looks shinier than before, which was a nice surprise. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but I do feel better feeding him this instead of random store-brand stuff. So far I’m happy with it, but if the price keeps climbing or the quality changes, I’d probably have to start looking for something else.

"Usually has what I need before it’s gone"
I can usually find most of what I’m looking for here, which is nice. A few popular items do sell out fast though, so if I see something I need, I try to grab it right away instead of risking it being gone next time.

"Better ingredients, happy dog"
I checked the ingredients before ordering from pawtree, wow. It looked way better than the food we were using before, fewer weird fillers and more real ingredients I could actually understand. Nice. My dog eats it with no fuss at all, and his coat seems a little shinier too. The price isn’t the cheapest, but I do feel better knowing what he’s eating. Worth it.

"I’ve been a pawTree consultant for…"
I’ve been a Pawtree consultant for a little while now, and overall it’s been a good experience. The products are easy to talk about because I actually feel good sharing them, and the support has been helpful when I’ve needed it. The only thing that took me a bit was figuring out the back office. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I do think some of that confusion is preventable with a little clearer onboarding. Still, I’m happy I joined and feel good about where it’s going.

"Arrived in good shape"
It was packed well... like, I didn’t really have to worry once I opened it. Nothing was damaged, everything looked fine, so yeah, no complaints from me.

"Feeding plan helped, but adjusting it felt frustrating"
I did like that the feeding plan was based on my dog’s size and age, because it made me feel a lot less unsure about how much to give at mealtimes. It definitely took some of the guessing out of it. But when I wanted to make changes later, it wasn’t as easy as I expected, and I kind of felt dismissed when trying to figure out how to adjust it.

"Helped a bit, but you have to wait it out"
My dog’s coat definitely looks shinier now and he’s not scratching as much, so I’ll give it credit for that. But wow, it took a few weeks before I noticed anything, and I’m not exactly thrilled about having to be patient when I’m spending this much. It’s also kind of pricey, and my dog doesn’t always seem into the taste, so giving it to him can be a little annoying. Overall, it’s okay. Not some miracle product, but it did help some.

"So far, really happy"
After switching to Pawtree, my dog scratching so much, he really stopped. His belly is looking better too, and upset stomach there hasn’t been any so far. I’m really happy with it

"Good food, but the sales setup isn’t my favorite"
Bottom line, I’ll probably keep buying it because my dog genuinely likes the food and the shipping experience was totally fine. That said, I’m not a huge fan of the MLM-style selling side of it. It can feel a little pushy at times, which makes the whole thing less appealing even though the product itself has been good.

"Pretty clear, their food info is"
I liked that with pawtree, the ingredients and product details were not hard to find at all. Digging around a bunch, I didn’t really have to do, which was nice. It felt like they were being upfront about what they sell, and for pet stuff, that matters to me a lot. The site is simple, the info is clear, and so far, no weird surprises I’ve run into

"My dog is obsessed with it"
This was definitely worth the price. My dog got excited as soon as I brought it out, and he’s been going back to it every day since. I really like that it feels sturdy and well-made, not like something that’s going to fall apart after a few uses. Seeing how much he enjoys it makes me feel like it was a great buy.
